Onthebasisofthelong-termpositionexperimentsestablishedintheNationalFieldResearchStationofAgroecosysteminHailun，andKeyLaboratoryofBlackSoilEcologyofChineseAcademyofSciences，thisresearchaimstoexaminetheimpactofland-usechangeandlong-termfertilizationonsoilcarbonstocks，thephysicallyprotectedSOC，andcarbonemissionsfromblacksoilaswellascarbonbudgetthroughtheecosystemsandsoil-plant-atmosphereinterface.Thestabilitymechanismofblacksoilcarbonpoolwasdefined，andcarbonsequestrationcapacityofblacksoilwasalsoevaluated.
